CORNER HOUSE (2010)
Frosa Sarandy, Bucharest
Situated on a corner, undersized plot (about 93 sqm), the building is a response to the tensions of the existing built environment and also to the need of containing various functions into a minimal space.
The entire design process revolved around the need to maximize the space and to reduce the investment and maintenance costs.

DINU HOUSE (2010)

Situated on a small plot (about 162 sqm), the building was meant to be an answer to a modern family’s necessities providing both the spaces and the intimacy necessary to the life in a dense urban context.
The main intent was to create a filter between the street and the living spaces by placing the staircase at the plot’s limit and directing the main rooms (living-room, kitchen and bedrooms) toward the garden.
